The story behind Xerne
It all starts by chance
During my engineering studies at Ecole des Mines, in France, I coded my first Internet site in HTML.
My adventure in the world of the web had begun…
Further investigations: Passion for communication
Finishing my master degree at Imperial College, in London, I launched an international newspaper online. The goal was to share articles about local life.
And I invited every friend and acquaintance I met to publish, back in their home countries, whether in Europe, Asia, Taiwan and Japan, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico or Canada.
What captivated me about the emergence of the Internet was the possibility of publishing.
Experience in Engineering & Business developement
My career path evolved, moving from the role of a technical engineer in the industry to that of sales engineer in business.
Sideways paths in Art
I broadened my horizons by studying visual arts at university, adding a new perspective to my journey. I deepened my curiosity in photography, and I worked as a part-time professional photographer, for specific commissioned projects.
Xerne
Since 1997, I have developed numerous sites for friends and associations, before making it my profession.
Today, drawing on my professional experience in business, I apply this passion in a commercial context, using my skills to help companies exploit the full potential of the Internet.
My atypical background has enabled me to develop a versatile approach, combining technology, visual art and written expression to create pragmatic and accessible online experiences.
I am looking forward to sharing this passion with you and bringing your vision to life online.
